It is the capital of England and of all United Kingdom. Covent Garden is the most popular London's parts because of it's shops, pedestrian streets, opera's house, markets. When the city was ruined by queen Boudicca, which was built by romians in 61 years, started the first, but not the last London's recession. In 1665 died over 110000 people because of started plague. In 1666 The Great Fire destroyed bigger part of the town. More than 2900 people died during the II World War when bombs were droped, almost all buildings were destroyed or became unusable. These catastrophes have changed the city. Before them streets were narrow and dark, but reconstructed wider and brighter, disappeared hovels, crime decreased. Now there are more than 10000 acres of open spaces in and around London. Today London is the center of the world’s financial markets.
