Earlier Slovenia was one of six Jugoslavia's republic, today it is the youngest among European Union countries, it's independence got in 1991.
Slovenia has narrow entrance into the Adrianic sea. In this land also are four main Europe's regions - the Alps, the Mediterranean sea, the Dinaric area and the Pannonian plain.
