Warsaw is the capital of Poland and the biggest city with 1.5mln habitants. It‘s situated in the center of country. Sometimes it calls Phoenix town, because during Second World War was ravaged and after was rebuilt from ash. Warsaw is included into UNESCO world heritage list for the well city recontsruction.

Warsaw setted around Wisla river (the biggest Poland river), wich divides city in two parts. The right side of Warsaw is Praga district, which is generally poorer and is less interesting for the visitors. Most tourist attractions situated on the left bank of Wisla river. Famous places are mainly settled in the XIIIth century Old town and New Town, Lazienki Park and the Royal Route. There is lots of history behind the part of Warsaw that spans the former Jewish ghetto.

After day trip take a rest at hospitable Warsaw restaurants and taste local specialities. The national cuisine is hearty and ubiquitous, and you can eat your fill without emptying your wallet. Warsaw thrives on tripe soup (flaki).
