Poland is the biggest East Europe country, located on the Baltic coast. Poland distinguished for striking history, spectacular cultural heritage and unique nature. Don‘t forget Poland is very religious country. It‘s among the most uniformly Catholic countries in the world, and the Roman Catholic Church in Poland has huge social prestige and political influence. Pope John Paul II Wojtyla was born and raised in Poland. The main religion center is in Czestochova.

Visiting country includes tasting it‘s national cuisine. The special dishes are: ,‚Bigos‘‘, wich is hearty, long-simmered meat-and-sauerkraut stew that goes back centuries; pyzzy -steamed yeast

dumplings; kotlet schabowy -breaded pork chops; golonka-pork knuckles cooked with vegetables, kolduny-meat dumplings, zrazy-slices of beef served with buckwheat; popular soups are barszcz (beet) or zurek (sour rye).
