If you are visiting Netherlands in spring go to Keukenhof gardens next to the Amsterdam, unless you absolutely hate flowers. It is the most glorious floral setting in the world and the largest one. The gardens are spread over 32-hectares and attracting over 800,000 visitors each year, despite the fact that it is only open for a few weeks each year. It runs from about the end of March to May. The beauty of these gardens and the brilliant bulb flowers just cannot be adequately narrated. The fabulous view consist prinsipaly of tulip bloom. There are over 7 million spring flowers planted.
