Learn about the mysterious Etruscans in Umbria region. Drive to Ravenna along the Adriatic coast to visit the Basilica of St. Apollinaris in Classe and continue through the Apennine Mountains to St. Francis’ Assisi.The biggest values of Italian are football and food. Discover alluring Italian cuisine. There are four main regions of gastronomy: Sicilija, Toskana, Pjemontas, Emilija. But there is some kind of oder: a typical lunch consists of a starter (antipasto), a first course (pasta, risotto or soup), a second (meat, chicken or fish), cheese and dessert (dolce), all topped off with coffee. Classical Italian food for lunch is  spaghetti Bolognese. Pasta and pizza are also popular. But as an example, in Sicily Mediterranean Diet is usually, with Panella, Maccu, Arancine and other. Italian wine are famous in all over the world. Almost every region has it’s wine: Chianti wine, Florence, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Gimignano in Tuscany, Valpolicella wine next to Verona. Parma  cheese, Gorgonzola from Lombardia, Parmesan from Emili-Romania, olive oil and grapa; regional sweets such as Siena’s panforte, marcipans from Sicily are also pride of Italy.
