Was Opeend in 1891. There is gathered everything that was carried in all city. During the II World War, with an eye to protect valuable coletion, it was disbanded and buried. The museum was opened again in 1946, but it was needed more than 50 years to exhibit it suitably. There is keeping such unique valuables as Mykines gold, effigies, ceramic and jewellery works. Whitought any doubt it is one of the bests museums in the world. Exhibits are shown in chronological way, because of it may form exhaustive view of various kinds of anceant Greek's arts periods.

The famous exhibits are: The mask of the Agamemnon (it was found about 1600 years BC in Mykines) and a Lad from Antikiterra (marvelous bronze statue was found in 1900 in Antikiterra, about 2metres tall).
