As we mentioned, there is a lot of places worth  to see in the Czech Republic besides Prague. Prague is a must if you don't have time to get to other places in the country. But if you have some days when you feel like you've had enough of the city, go exploring. There are charming little towns full of historical treasures, there are numerous old castles, peaceful mountains, forests, lakes, villages, people and traditions. There are three historical regions of  Czech republic: Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia. If you would like to see the country it is advised to visit all of them.

The favorite aperitif is Becherovka, a Czech-invented liqueur, potently herbal and touted as having medicinal qualities. Plum brandy (slivovice) is popular as well. During winter time you can try skiing in Czech mountains.
