The translation of name would be ‚the house of valley‘. The building founded 300 years ago. It is the seat of the Consell General (Andorran Parliament). Here is the court, hotel and a jail as well.

It is possible to go inside. There is an interesting cupboard with seven keys which once held the most important national documents within. It could only be opened by the simultaneous presence of councillors from each of the seven constituencies in the country. There is also a dormitory and a kitchen with impressive 16th century murals.
