Tirana is the biggest and the capital city of Albania, here are mixed different religions, styles and cultures. Within the white marble pyramid of dictator Enver Hoxha Mausoleum tourists can find cafes, galleries and catholic cathedral and orthodox church in the square of this pyramid. Today this marble pyramid is calling the Centre of Culture and the most expensive building erected in Albania. Also here is huge statue of Skanderbeg - national hero from the XVth century, Mosque of Ethem Bey (completed in 1823), Petrela Castle (built in the XIIIth century), Clock Tower (1830), National Historical, Archeological museum, Botanic garden, Zoo park, St.Paul's cathedral, it is possibility to use a cable car to the top of Mt. Dajti and explore panoramic view of Albania.
City is quite small, so visitors may explore it on foot.
